Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Received this referral from the local social media group, from start to finish Alan has been top notch in terms of service. He diagnosed the issue, offered to pick up the device, gave me an update during the repair and even dropped off the device upon completion. It was efficient and will be visiting him again for all of our family device needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to Alan at DNA Systems because my computer was running very slowly. He came to pick up my computer on Tuesday morning, and brought it back to me on Tuesday evening, just after 6pm. My computer has never worked so well, and I am very thankful for his honest, quick and very professional repair of my computer. I would highly recommend his services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Unfortunately Alan was unable to assist me with finding some photos (that I still don't know what happened to, to this date!). But I am super grateful for his help and for checking my hard drive for them. Plus he hooked me up with an external DVD player! Definitely reach out if you need anything computer related.

After my teen was ripped off by another company, and I had posted to warn others about that company, Alan replied to that post to contact him, and he told me that he would totally hook my teen up. And he has done so!
THANK YOU, ALAN!!!
