I was referred to Alan at DNA Systems because my computer was running very slowly. He came to pick up my computer on Tuesday morning, and brought it back to me on Tuesday evening, just after 6pm. Unfortunately Alan was unable to assist me with finding some photos (that I still don't know what happened to, to this date!).
