I authorize DNA Systems to do a full system diagnostic on my hardware with a fee of $60. If the problem is related to a hard drive, then there will be a $100 diagnostic fee!
Please ensure that you have all licensing documentation available for any licensed software that is on your system. Some repairs may require us to completely erase all system data. Without these licenses, we may not to be able to reinstall the software. Therefore we cannot guarantee software without licensing will work after repairs are completed.
Please keep possession of all power adapters, unless specially requested.
External hard drives are considered separate equipment from any system and the addition of external harddrives will require additional hardware forms
Regarding data backup, we can only backup files like pictures, documents, movies, & music. Regarding software programs, we are not able to back up programs without licenses due to licensing agreements with software owners. We will reinstall programs if the proper licenses are provided
If this apples to your iMac range between 2013 and newer, to service any hardware we are required to unglued the screen. While removing the screen, we can sometimes damage the display with a risk of cracking it. DNA Systems will not be held responsible if any screen damage occurs. A replacement screen can be arranged at the customer's request and expense if this were to happen.
